Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-06-07
1. Acceptance of These Terms
- By creating an account or using Zestover, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.
- We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the version published here is always the current one.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at signup.
- One person may hold only one account per role. A separate reseller account and a separate merchant account are allowed; multiple accounts of the same role are not.
- Your country is locked at signup and determines your currency, product visibility, and local limits.
3. Account Security & Conduct
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Communicate professionally with merchants, resellers, and staff, and use in-app chat only for legitimate platform matters.
4. Reseller Rules
- Resellers hold no inventory — every product is supplied and shipped by the merchant.
- The Reseller Price equals the merchant's wholesale price plus the platform fee. You set your own selling price above that, and the difference is your commission.
- A cart may contain products from one merchant at a time; cross-merchant checkout is not supported.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): the platform fee and your commission are held from your balance until the order is Delivered or Returned. On a returned COD parcel, the delivery charge is deducted.
- Balance Pay: the full reseller price is deducted at order time and nothing extra is held.
- Customer addresses and phone numbers must be entered correctly; failed deliveries caused by wrong details are your responsibility.
5. Merchant Rules
- Merchants are responsible for stock, packaging, product quality, and timely dispatch.
- Merchants must hold a minimum deposit before their products become visible to resellers. The required amount is set separately for each country and is always displayed in your Merchant Wallet in your own local currency.
- Every listing must have an accurate title, description, genuine images, correct wholesale price, and any applicable colors and sizes.
- Only approved merchants can list products; administrators do not create products on merchants' behalf.
- Reseller orders must be approved or rejected promptly. For confirmed orders, the merchant balance is held until the order completes.
- Exchange requests and complaints must be answered within a reasonable time through the in-app systems.
- Counterfeit items, fake listings, misleading information, or shipping the wrong product may lead to suspension and forfeiture of held balance.
6. Orders & Pricing
- Prices depend on availability and may change without notice.
- We may cancel any order affected by a pricing error or suspected fraud.
- Reseller markups must stay within reasonable and lawful limits.
- The official order workflow is: Pending → Packaging → In Courier → Delivered → (Partial Return / Returned / Cancelled), with Exchange handled as a separate continuation order.
- Status changes are performed only by the system, the merchant, or authorised staff. Client-side or API attempts to change status are blocked and logged.
7. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery time starts when the merchant dispatches the parcel, not when the order is placed.
- Standard domestic delivery generally takes 2–3 working days inside the merchant's main metropolitan area and 3–7 working days elsewhere in the country.
- Cross-border orders, where supported, may take 7–15 working days depending on destination and customs.
- Courier problems, weather, holidays, or incorrect customer details can cause delays; updates appear in the dashboard.
8. Wallets & Balances
- Each account has a Local Balance and a USD Balance, both visible in the Wallet.
- The USD wallet is split into Available and On Hold. Funds go On Hold for P2P ads, open trades, a merchant security deposit, or a pending withdrawal.
- Exchanges between Local and USD execute at the rate displayed at confirmation and are final once confirmed.
- Deposits, withdrawals, holds, and commissions follow the limits and approval times shown in your dashboard.
- Manual balance adjustments can be made only by the platform Owner.
- Wallets may not be used to store or move funds unrelated to platform activity.
9. P2P Trading & Escrow
- P2P trades are permitted only between users in the same country and currency.
- When a trade starts, the seller's USD is locked in escrow automatically.
- The counterparty must accept or decline the request within the displayed time limit; unaccepted requests expire on their own.
- Payment details are revealed only after a trade is accepted.
- The buyer must pay the exact amount and mark the trade as paid with genuine proof before the timer ends.
- The seller must release only after confirming receipt of payment. Releasing without payment is entirely at the seller's own risk.
- Off-platform deals, changing the agreed amount mid-trade, and pressuring the other party to cancel after payment are strictly prohibited.
- Ads cannot be edited while an active trade or pending request is attached to them.
10. P2P Merchant Status
- Becoming a P2P merchant requires an application and a security deposit, which stays held while merchant status is active.
- Merchants must keep payment accounts accurate, respond within the published service-level time, and maintain a fair completion rate.
- Status can be suspended or revoked for repeated cancellations, fraud signals, or confirmed appeal losses. The deposit may be used to compensate a user proven to have been defrauded.
11. Appeals & Disputes
- Either party may open an appeal inside the trade room within the time window shown there.
- Evidence must be genuine and unedited. Falsified evidence leads to permanent account termination.
- Evidence attached to an active appeal cannot be deleted.
- The review team's decision is final and binding on both parties.
12. Crypto (USDT BEP-20)
- Only USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) is supported. Any other token or network is unrecoverable.
- Every deposit request has a unique expected amount and an expiry time; send the exact amount before it expires.
- Deposits are credited only after on-chain confirmation.
- Withdrawals have a minimum amount, carry a fixed network fee, and pass through review before signing and broadcast.
- Once broadcast, on-chain transfers are irreversible.
13. Security Checks
- Every withdrawal requires passing an automated security scan, including negative-balance, suspicious-activity, and VPN checks.
- A blocked withdrawal can proceed only after the flagged issue is resolved.
- These checks are enforced server-side; bypass attempts are recorded.
14. Prohibited Activity & Penalties
- Forbidden: multiple accounts in the same role, fake payment proof, chargeback abuse, and any form of money laundering.
- Also forbidden: automated scraping, API abuse, and attempts to call internal platform functions directly.
- Violations may result in frozen balances, forfeited deposits, and permanent account closure.
- Suspended users may submit one appeal through the official appeal form.
15. Digital Products
- Digital products are supplied by approved digital merchants and are ordered and settled in USD.
- When a reseller places a digital order, the amount is held in escrow from the USD balance until the order is settled.
- The merchant must accept or reject the order within the displayed response window. If the merchant does not respond in time, the order is automatically refunded to the reseller in full.
- After delivery the reseller must confirm receipt. If no confirmation and no appeal is made before the confirmation deadline, the order auto-settles to the merchant.
- A dispute must be raised as an appeal inside the order within the window shown there; after that window the settlement is final.
- Sharing, reselling outside the platform, or redistributing delivered digital content beyond the licence granted by the merchant is prohibited.
16. Micro Tasks & Surveys
- Task budgets are held from the poster's balance when a task goes live, so approved workers are always payable.
- Tasks are country-targeted and may have per-day and total submission limits; only submissions that follow the stated proof instructions are eligible.
- Submitted proof is reviewed against the task requirements. Submissions left unreviewed beyond the published review period are approved automatically and paid.
- Approved payouts are credited to the worker's balance; rejected submissions are not paid.
- Fake, recycled, or AI-fabricated proof leads to rejection and may lead to account suspension.
17. Limitation of Liability
- Zestover is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse of the platform.
- Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons; uninterrupted access and specific business results are not guaranteed.
18. Questions
- Money-back rules are on the Refund Policy page and data practices on the Privacy Policy page.
- For anything else, use the channels listed on the Contact Us page.
